Managing numerous subscriptions from a wide variety of Iranian publishers is no simple task, and in some cases even not possible without help of a professional business team having special facilities for keeping face-to-face contact with Iranian publishers.

Orders can be placed at any time during the year for any designated subscription year. Issues will only be sent on receipt of payment. Subscriptions are entered on an annual basis January to December.

Price & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is placed, We will not raise its price for the duration of the subscription year. Subscriptions are payable in advance, and payment can be made by Bank (Wire) Transfer, Cheque, and Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa). Issues will only be sent on receipt of payment.
We also offer a highly efficient consolidation service which is currently used for many libraries around the world. We guarantee regular shipment of all issues and volumes of all ordered journals and book series.
Publishers send your journals to our consolidation centre where we check in, process and consolidate them into one single shipment before sending them on to you at the desired intervals.

All subscriptions are sent via Registered Air-Mail worldwide. If your needs require, we also offer customised delivery services.
Usually, your first magazine will start arriving within six to ten weeks after we receive your paid order, but it does depend on the frequency of the journal you have chosen and what part of the world it is being shipped to.
- If the publication is a weekly, you should start to receive your first issue in approximately four to six weeks;
- Bi-weeklies and monthlies take approximately six to ten weeks to start;
- If the magazine publishes bi-monthly or quarterly, receipt of your first issue may take as long as ten to twelve weeks to start;
Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times, although it can vary from publisher to publisher. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on when the next issue is scheduled to be released by the publisher and how frequently the magazine you have ordered is published, although our system does allow the fastest processing possible.
We automatically take action to renew every subscription that has not been cancelled on schedule by sending you a request for each single journal 4 months before the subscription is due to expire. If you wish to cancel an existing subscription you need to give written notice at least 3 months before the expiry date of the subscription.
We supply back issues of Iranian serial publications all (subject to main publishers availabilities). We can help you fill gaps in your holdings and supply some special requests for a surprisingly affordable price. Normal back issue price is obtained by dividing [subscription rate] by [frequency minus 1] except for annual serials.
Our computerised system facilitates and accelerates the claiming procedure immensely. When we receive a claim from you, we check it against our dispatch information. If the claimed issue is overdue, we make arrangement for a replacement free of charge. If the issue was only recently supplied, we will request that you check again before we initiate replacement procedures. We are committed to resolving all claims to the complete satisfaction of our customers.
All orders are fully cancelable as long as the cancel request is received within 48 hours of the time the order is placed. After that, in most cases cancellations will not be accepted as all orders are pre-paid to the main publishers and processed promptly so as to ensure that the subscription begins as quickly as possible. No refunds will be made after the first issue of the journal for the year has been despatched.
We will investigate, and try to acquire, any serial title you desire for your collection. Since we maintain the largest database of Iranian serial titles in the business, in most cases your answer is already at our fingertips.
