Siyāsat-i Difāʻī; Sāl-i 1400 (2021-2022)

Defence Research Center was found in 1991 at the University of Imam Husayn (P.b.) towards performing organised research in Defence and Strategic Sciences and spreading of strategic literature according to Islamic values and principles.

Members of the board of Science are engaged in five groups of:

• War Studies
• Economics of Defence
• National Security
• Military Geography
• Iran’s Studies, Political Science and International Relations

They perform research (fundamental, practical and developmental), teach (Master of Science, Strategic Intelligence, defence-strategic studies, military geography, political science, remote sensing, international relations, economics of defence), publish (The Journal of Defence Policy, and related books), and scientific services (seminars, library, dissemination of information, …).
